I'm going to set work units that were returned since 00:00 UTC time today with outcome as validate error to retry. This should correct any issues.
Thanks, -Uplinger |

If the problem is with validation, presumably there is no need for the downloading to be suspended - just the uploading! Mike |

Well, the problem is, that with the validation errors, the tasks that came back were marked for another copy to be sent out. This caused the reliable mechanism to kick in, which flooded the feeder. So only reliable hosts could download work, but if you just returned an error, you're not reliable...so downloads appeared suspended on your end but in fact were not.
Again, I'm working to get things flowing again, about to correct a huge group of results. Thank you for your patience. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Ok, a few things to update everyone on.
1. There will be lots of results that are marked inconclusive (pending verification). This is due to when they were marked as error in the validator, They just need to have a wingman confirm them. 2. Work should be flowing again. Please let me know if you are having an issue getting work for CEP2. I disabled the reliable host required for the time being, but set all results that need a wingman due to the issue to be sent first out the queue. Thank you again for your patience, I set about 1/3 of the results so far that had validate error into a state that requires the validator to check the result again. Time to work on the last 2/3. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Uplinger - I don't know if this is relevant, but the vast majority or errors I'm seeing are on my Windows 24 core machine, while there are a few on the 64 core ubuntu machine most are on Windows 7/24core/16Gb ram...

I have checked my results file and have no errors listed. Have they been cleared already or am I not listed as reliable for some other reason? I am not getting downloads and only have 11 WUs pending validation. With 8 threads running 24/7, that corresponds to about 6 hours.

Mike,
You could have had all your results in the first group I set to retry validation. Although I'm not 100% sure of that but just a guess. As for still not getting any downloads, i have just kicked the feeder manually. Hopefully that'll get it to recognize the priority change of the results for CEP2. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Hope this helps... The validator issue affected all results, it did not discriminate.... :( It had to do with the validator not finding a file which was actually there. I have corrected that issue, and the validator is busy busy right now. Thanks, -Uplinger |
