This is to start a discussion concerning these charts which are getting increasingly out of date.
As he has not been seen now for a few months and the charts also seem to have stopped updating, should links to them be removed? If not now when? Needs to be discussed amongst members/CAs/Admins. |

Reluctantly, I must also agree.
----------------------------------------The charts are viewed as an important information resource by many members and the "dashboard" is often the first port of call in a quest for an update on a projects progress. Maybe WCG should give some thought to providing something similar as a replacement. |

+1
----------------------------------------Those charts were unofficial and I think a lot of users would welcome such a feature straight from WCG. I vaguely remember seeing something like that mentioned in the list of next features (?).. |

I very much valued Sek's charts, especially the "dashboard", and am sad to see that it is no longer updating. I recognise that it was unofficial and that such a chart could only ever be a best guess, but it was useful and I would love to see someone take it over or have a go at producing their own (on the assumption that WCG techs have got better things to do with their time). And, no, I am unable to volunteer, sorry.
However, for newbies who don't know the history, the present situation is unacceptable and I concur that references to these charts should be deleted. |

Wouldn't this be an issue on a par with upgrading the forum software. After all, the "logic" for not doing anything about the forum is that no one uses it so wouldn't that also apply to the charts twice over?
----------------------------------------Personally, I never used them so I don't really care one way or the other, but I'm anxious to see WCG's response to this. [Edit 1 times, last edit by twilyth at Apr 17, 2014 10:16:32 PM] |

Unfortunately, I must also agree that they should be removed.
----------------------------------------I hope WCG has plans for similar charts! P. S. : Or shifts Sekerob charts in the "Retired Forum" in recognition of his work for WCG. Please! The first thing you forget of a people is its voice ... |

I don't know how he updates them, but I'll bet that Photobucket is probably not crazy about an image being updated all the time. As of this writing, the Dashboard chart shows 28 March, but if you "zoom" in to the highest level of detail the date is 01 Dec 2013. If Photobucket is the issue, I'm more than happy to offer up space on my web hosting for the cause. In fact, I'm happy to offer the hosting even if Photobucket isn't the problem, as they don't allow you to link directly to the image.

I don't think Photobucket is the problem, Sekerob is the problem so your hosting offer probably makes no difference. I seem to remember in the past that Sekerob was offered hosting but decided to stick with them.
