Hello filip_le_triste,
No idea. Go ahead with a complete uninstall, then try reinstalling. Most people use BOINC 7.0.64. You are having trouble when you are downloading project files before you even start downloading a work unit. 13/02/2014 08:52:12 | | don't compute while active 13/02/2014 08:52:12 | | suspend work if non-BOINC CPU load exceeds 25% Since you only have 2 cpus, 25% means suspend BOINC if anything else runs on a CPU. Change this. Lawrence |

Could be related to the new Content Delivery system implemented on Jan 27. Have you updated your firewall or proxy for the new Content Delivery IP addresses?

Hi,
I checked the IP Address. I use nslookup BDD7.https.cdn.softlayer.net and I obtain this IP address : 93.184.221.109. The ping is Ok, but when I use a browser with the URL bbd7.https.cdn.softlayer.net or the ip address 93.184.221.109, I have a response : '404 - Not found'. I have reinstalled the boinc client and i have the same problem. -->> 'Internet Access OK - projects servers may be down'. I'm in Paris, France. Why have I not a response IP address from BBD7.https.cdn.softlayer.net for Paris ? Best regards. |

Check your firewall and/or antivirus settings.

On some LINUX distributions the Firewall gets turned on by default and you might not be aware of it. It has happened to me on the CENTOS distribution. With the browser, did you try https or only http ? https will use a different port.

Have you checked the router? Could it have something to do with this?

Hi,
I finally find the problem. On my Netasq Firewall, he blocks some packets with this errors : - Packet invalid SSL (TLS V1.1) - Packet invalid SSL (TLS V1.2) - Encryption Level unauthorized (Null) - Encryption Level unauthorized (Low) - Encryption Level unauthorized (Unknown) this is the module of protocol who block packets. It's realy strange. |

Have you tried a project reset? Your log file says "version change", maybe the old content delivery settings are still somewhere in your local WCG folders.
