want to improve the algorithm of Mapping Cancer Markers
We want to improve the algorithm of Mapping Cancer Markers.
We find two program in projects folder: (1)wcgrid_mcm1_gfx_linux_prod_64.x86.7.28
(2)wcgrid_mcm1_7.28_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
Where can we find the source code of the program used in BOINC.

You could ask the project's scientists has WCG does not own the source code.

Thanks for the offer to improve the algorithm, but I don't think we're looking to optimize at this moment. The current WCG project is returning high quality results in an expected time frame.
