That's what my comprehension of english would imply, 'post title AND body'. There could also be 'post title OR body' which would produce either a title with the 3 desired words in them or the body, but why do it the hard way and just make a key-index of the 2 combined, which I expected to exist, as the selection implies, or do it specific on either the body or the title. It most definitely would limit the hits, in this case restriction on hits within a single thread in the chat forum. Ibm owning copyright these days can mod as they please and make searching a more pleasant experience instead of the contortions one has to go through at times to nail a post down.

If your view of my expansion is for it to 'just' be to make it easy to search a game, then that's just your view. Sorry you don't see the wider benefit, which anyway was expected to work as was implied.

My guess is that it was spam that the admins have deleted. That user registered only yesterday and has no results returned.
