Oddly, I haven't experienced this problem even though I'm also running Firefox (v27.0 on Win7-64). However, I am running the HTTPS Everywhere add-on, which may make a difference.
It might help with diagnosis if all reports mentioned the OS, browser and version, and any add-ons.

We implemented a fix to the website a few days ago, are you still encountering the issue?
