I can only assume that it was a temporary problem on the server, as I can access the My Contribution page now. Error Code 500 is an Internal Server Error. Is it now working for you?

My results are being accepted now and also I'm getting new units too, which is good.

@watchspring When I replied earlier I was going directly to the web page - sorry I didn't realise that you were using the button in BOINC Manager. However, both ways of accessing the My Contribution / My Statistics page are working for me on my main machine at the moment (Win7/64, Firefox).

@pcwrIs that clicking in BOINC Manager or directly on another WCG web page? What OS, BOINC version and browser?
@watchspringReinstalling does seem to be a bit of an imposition when there's 2 of you reporting the problem and it's a server error code that's returned. You might first like to check that the URL you end up on starting from BOINC Manager is the same as with a direct browser access of the page. And what about the other website buttons in BOINC Manager, like Results Status or Device Profiles or Forum? However, I notice that My Grid is the only button that results in an https connection (testing with BOINC 6.10.58 and IE8 on XP). Which BOINC version do you have on the failing machine?
And you could check the file "account_www.worldcommunitygrid.org.xml" in the BOINC data folder. In the <gui_urls> section, is the URL for My Grid correct?

Please bear in mind that I'm clutching at straws here; my suggestions are just the exploration that I would do in your shoes, before I resorted to reinstalling (or indeed waiting a day for a tech response).
