For those of you who don't know what a PCDuino is , it is a single board mini PC with ARM architecture that can run Ubuntu or Android OS. Mine spends most of its time off or in idle where it's just gathering dust, and I wanted to make it useful by putting BOINC on it, and I have it all set up and ready to go, but when I try to schedule communication, a 3 minute timer shows up, and at the end of the timer, nothing happens. My Peripheralls on my PC are a keyboard and mouse, right clicking does not work, but holding down any one of the buttons works. The keyboard works the way it should, and other than that, everything is fine. Can somebody please help me figure out how to schedule a task for my PCDuino so that it has something to do when I'm not using it?

Are you using Berkeley's verion of BOINC or are you using nativeBOINC? Others have mentioned that Berkeley's won't work unless it detects a battery where nativeBOINC will. Let us know these details and we may be able to give additional support. Also, if you are using Berkeley's version, which version are you using?

The Google Play store is currently distributing v7.2.15 (stable release) which does not support devices without batteries. Support for devices without batteries was added in v7.2.36. The latest beta version is v7.2.37: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/boinc_7.2.37.apk.
