Long ago, we watched the PS3 debut with interest. But it never made sense to support it. The critical mass was not there. We supported Windows x86, Linux x86 and Mac OS X for PPC and x86. We have dropped Mac OS X for PPC and have begun to support Android for ARM. We also supported HCC for GPU running OpenCL, but that ended quickly as we ran through several years of work for CPU in just a few months.

It wont make sense to EVER support PS3 at this point. PS4 probably wont be worth the effort either. However, that is still to be seen. Give YoYo a shot and see if Cruncher OGR still runs. Other than that, you are a few years late. :)

----------------------------------------You can still use your Linux/PS3 to crunch science at http:/boincsimap.org. You need to look at this page and download the correct application for your architecture, http://boincsimap.org/boincsimap/download/simap_5.10_powerpc-unknown-linux.gz Good luck, have a lot of fun... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I tried to download QEMU, remind me not on the source link, because of network problems, but I can surf through The Firefox. ![]() |
