Why Team?

hi to everyone...

I've just joined this group, and the program is working (slowly), on my PIII 1000.

Considering that, for now, everything, seems to be OK peace

I'd like to know what's the advantage to join a Team in the Member Area, if I can calculate my tasks without join any group...

Joining a team simply allows a group of members to pool their points and rocket to the top of the Team statistics. It doesn't affect how you collect points for the work your machine does. Individual stats are compiled regardless of your team affiliation.
