Re: Updated science application to 7.28 for Mapping Cancer Markers

Is there plug in the pipeline for MCM1, or is there a plug on all projects?

(edit) Seems to have finally unplugged. My jobs are coming back in.

Only getting 7.26 resends today. We might be out of 7.28 work right now.

By Bruce Almighty, No, we're -Not-. You get them 7.26 because the the repairs and 'aborts' one member was so graciously proposing to do, are going out the feeder by priority.

7.28 mcm1 MCM1_0000700_0816_1 - (-) 0.000 0.000 02:50:32 17-12-2013 17:31 06d,22:21:09 Ready to start 0.00 MB 0.00 MB World Community Grid

My just reinstalled octo is laden up with _2 and _3 7.26 copies. Since it's a 24/7 battery backup device, 99.999999999% they will not be interrupted and go valid [provided at least 1 other of 5 copies also had no restart, else they get a too late, which serves nobody].

Re: Updated science application to 7.28 for Mapping Cancer Markers

I've been getting no work available messages since early this morning. Just got one a few minutes ago.

World Community Grid 12/17/2013 1:23:24 PM Message from server: No tasks are available for the applications you have selected.

Maybe the 7xx batches are in the process of getting loaded into the feeder?

EDIT: Got several 7.28 units, 7xx batches.

Re: Updated science application to 7.28 for Mapping Cancer Markers

Just confirming what AgrFan reported.

12/17/2013 5:45:03 PM | World Community Grid | No tasks are available for the applications you have selected.

Still have 6 WU's to crunch. I haven't actually run out yet.

CORRECTION
False Alarm: I just received four more brand new WU's.

Re: Updated science application to 7.28 for Mapping Cancer Markers

This issue has been discussed here with a potential solution on the server side to prevent this from happening.

Re: Updated science application to 7.28 for Mapping Cancer Markers

That explains a lot. I thought there were an incredible amount of repairs coming in, now it's verified. Just glad I could help relieve the backlog.

There is a downside, however. All those repairs get pushed up in EDF mode and it extends my cache out by days when I get bunches of repairs. I've had a couple machines come real close to not able to finish simply running a 2 day cache.
