I have been at the project mapping cancer markers, and days after finishing 100 % my stats still show 00 0000. It simply seems like my contribution has not been registered. I have been with team Ripple during my work on mapping cancer markers.
Im obviously interested in getting my donation registered as supposedly i will get Xrp in reward for my computer power donated to the project. And frankly, that electric bill is not going to pay itself. Please help meeeee  |

Hi Kingofmonkeys,
1) Visit My Contributions > Result Status. Do they list results other than with In Progress? 2) Open the BOINC Manager > Advanced View > Project tab. Is the account listed there identical to Kingofmonkeys? If not, you've managed to create a second account and register that with your client. Let us know. |

Open up Boinc Manager, Select Projects Tab and see what account is listed

...and whilst in Boinc Manager print the first 60 or so lines of the event log which can be found under the Advances Menu

Hi Kingofmonkeys, as you've been registered since the 30th of November, I would have thought something should have shown up in your stats by now - even if all your results had gone via the Pending Validation/Verification pot. Thus, further investigation is needed, and by following all the advice provided in this thread already, we should be able to pin it down.
----------------------------------------BTW, just to highlight something, the username HAS to be exact in both the BOINC manager and WCG website - e.g., "Kingofmonkeys" and "kingofmonkeys" ARE DIFFERENT (even if it's not obvious to a human at first sight).  |

Case sensitivity only applies during initial account creation at WCG.
