Hi,
I've registered an account, and try to log in with another browser at https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ but I always get an error: Log In Error We cannot log you in with the member name and password provided. Please try again. But I use the member name I see in my profilen and the password I have just set in browser I'm logged in with. When I tried to log out to re-log in, I had to change my password to get in again. Am I doing something wrong or is there currently a problem? Thanks |

Hi,
How did you get in to make this post? Is this the same account as the one you had trouble with logging in? What browser do you use [Chrome/FireFox/IE]? There's no need to go to the https://secure... address. Just use the www.worldcommunitygrid.org or the shorter www.wcgrid.org . The sign-in process [normally] automatically passes by the secure path to verify your credentials, then puts you back on the www.worldcommunitygrid.org Let us know, and welcome to WCG. |

...."authentify", great new word BTW, obviously a marriage between authenticate and identify. Must try and use that somewhere!
