Techs, hardly perturbed, but doubtlessly in cold sweat over 'no closing tag', piles of no replies needing to be send to reliable host, 'high load backoffs' and more eventful moments, the 'Machine', just ruffled the feathers and went on to do 647 CPU years on Wednesday for 1.28 PetaFLOPS [the WCG standard measurement... 700,000 points is 1 TeraFLOPS].
12/19/2013 4:049:17:26:13 5,370,241 13,128 < nightly spill 12/18/2013 647:015:17:19:57 897,104,577 2,089,802 12/17/2013 606:030:04:49:02 850,843,593 1,811,496 12/16/2013 674:345:02:31:04 955,818,654 2,032,813 More impressively, is 4 years morning 'spill' for 13,128 results. That's validations in the first 6 minutes and 2 seconds after midnight. If one extrapolates this, the scheduler has the theoretical capacity right now to do 3 million results, 50 percent more than the 2.089 we did yesterday. Awesomeness. Crunch On. P.S. The all time PETA peak during the height of the HCC GPU project was 1.445P with a sustained of 1.4P. We're nearly there. |

With lunch time, the years per rolling week got rescaled, again, after lifting the 'false positive' cap to 4200, or 600 years a day. Think we're overdue to be rechistened to henceforth be known as 'The Rocketeers'. (Just hope we're not going to run out of 'solid' fuel ;O )
Crunch On! P.S. Amazing balance between FAAH and MCM. Something for a science magazine 'How'd they do that?' ![]() |

In SekeRob's absence it's gone un-noticed that WCG has thrice exceeded 700 years RunTime in the last 7 days.
