and I got to 4 years.... will we ever get a badge for that? 4 years and counting here too, still the same shade of blue... I am so far behind to get that blue
----------------------------------------But i understand the claim of these crunchers adding years after years on a project it would be rewarding to see a number added to the badge (in the back ground). yes every 5 years seem appropriate Is there a technical difficulty for that ? or just lack of will ?  |

The badge system has no scientific 'need', it is only there for a psychological reason.

Agreed "no scientific need" for the badge but "psychological reason" might not be neglected as the claim for counting years
