All of my recent returns in the last hour have gone "pending validation." Somebody may need to give the validator a boost.

WUs are actually always validated first. If you are faster than the other crunchers working on the same WUs it is going to be a matter of patience.

WUs are actually always validated first. If you are faster than the other crunchers working on the same WUs it is going to be a matter of patience. This would be true for quorum 2 WU's. If the WU's are single quorum, they should validate quickly after being returned, sometimes they are validated within seconds of being returned. Generally speaking if the single quorum WU's do not validate quickly, there is some sort of backup/hiccup/slowdown or outage of the validator(s). Whatever it was, appears to be fixed at the moment. Yes, I agree, patience is a virtue. Cheers
