Hello!
I run BOINC on my Sony Xperia Sola, it uses 2 of 2 CPU cores, available memory set to 100%. Many tasks' results are invalid, for example: FAHV_x3KFR_1f1_B_0162353_0228 <core_client_version>7.2.15</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> process exited with code 195 (0xc3, -61) </message> <stderr_txt> INFO: No state to restore. Start from the beginning. [14:44:48] Number of tasks = 22 [14:44:48] Starting task 0,CPU time is 0.000000. [14:44:48] ./ZINC06804540.pdbqt size = 33 6 ../../projects/www.worldcommunitygrid.org/fahv.x3KFR_1f1_B.pdbqt size = 1837 0 ERROR: VINA was killed by signal 9. Retrying task. Thanks! |

Quite a few suggestions I've seen have recommended trying it configured to only use 1 core, rather than all available. I'd also say try it with less memory available to it, and work your way upwards back to 100% to see if that makes any difference.

I've set BOINC to use 1 CPU core and 70% of RAM. Still getting errors. In Android application settings I see that only 50-70 megabytes of RAM are free, while the tasks require 250 MBs of RAM. Maybe OS kills the process to free RAM?.. It seems that Sony Xperia Sola is too weak to run BOINC :(
