@ NixChix - for the time being Base Camp has time-out for R&R at your favorite spots.
For you NixChix, I believe it may involve some close to vertical shock hiking,
to others calm, tropical waters.
I have not decided in earnest where Base Camp will go next, but the compass points to Europe once more.
We have a hung party there, because the whirlwind/pool of the THOR Challenge blurred the

There are many other members here who are going to doom me to a position much lower than #20. Heck if you pay a 2 week visit you exceed my yearly output!!

Re: SNURK and friends - Hop on to say hi

Not sure if I'm supposed to post this in the team forum but here goes. I notice on SNURK's team page the person in front of me and the person behind me are close in points but I have about 3,000 results more than either one. Am I missing something in the settings? I'm running 2 comps about 3 years old on Windows 10, BOINC ver 7.2.47 and running SCC exclusively. I average about 26,000 points and 100 results per day.

Different projects, different number of results.

Different projects, different number of results.

There once was a project that had so many results that they double the size of the WU to limit the number of results.

Re: SNURK and friends - Hop on to say hi

I'm satisfied with crunching SCC but if there's another challenge I wonder if it would help the team to switch to a different project.

The Thor challenge was my first challenge, but it was a time-based comp. As I understand the points/results/ time scheme TIME is the equalizer, independent of projects.

Is MrKermit still around? I remember when that member joined and their stats went through the roof. People were noticing. MrKermit and Marist College are two that I remember having very high stats back in the day.
