Re: Good morning team.

Good Morning team. Another scorching day forecast with temperatures up to 36C. Unfortunately high wind speed too (80km gusts) - should get the washing dry quickly though!

Re: Good morning team.

The one thing I really enjoyed when leaving the army, ...No more Moves...

Ah... but... One good thing about regular moves, was the opportunity to get rid of clutter. Whilst I was serving in the RAF (22 yrs), I had little clutter. Now I've been out 14 years, the garage is full, and my ceilings are starting to sag with all the cr@p in the attic!

Re: Good morning team.

That is true, Barnsley_Tatts, I was in the Fusiliers (infantry) but have been out for 24 years and the house is bursting at the seams with accumulated objects, each with associated memories. I keep threatening to have a clear out, but when I try, I just cant do it...

Assuming you can keep the clothes from flying off into the distance! We just had a dull, grey day of occasional drizzle.

Congrats on the milestones chaps. applause

I am officially not amused

Had been pleased that the averages had been increasing. Went out to do a bit of shopping came back to find that the New desktop had died, unplugged everything and checked connections internal and external, all OK. This has confounded me, there was a complete replacement. New PSU, Case,Motherboard, CPU, CPU cooler (water based), memory 8Gb, the only things from old PC were the two HDDs.

Suspect that PSU is the culprit. Will off for a couple of days. Typing this on family laptop.

Re: Good morning team.

Good Morning Team. So far the wind has not removed any clothing from the drying line. With wind at 35C and gusting to 80km/h it takes about 15 minutes to completely dry a 10kg wash. It's almost worth standing there and waiting.

Yikes, that's a real pain in the proverbials!
Hope that no major damage has been done and that you can get back up and running quickly.
