Do you ever visit Duxford? I'm an aircraft buff and if I lived as close to Duxford as you, I'd visit monthly at least :)

I haven't been to Duxford for a while, may be something for another day. I appeared in Civvies, a BBC Wales drama about some ex-Paras after they left the army, that bit was filmed at Duxford many years ago!

Peterborough Beer Fest!

Every year during the last week of August Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK hosts the CAMRA Real Ale Beer Fest.

Is any one interested in having a social event?

This is the week leading up to the Bank Holiday and could include a trip to the Beer Fest and other events, to finish off with a Hog Roast!

Not far from me is the Nene Park, lake and water sports complex, Caravan club site and several hotels of various budgets...

If there are enough interest I'll put something together...

I would initially restrict this to UK team members, but possibly throw it open later...

I don't drink any more, but I'd certainly be up for a meet! Shift patterns permitting of course. :) It'd be great to put some faces to names!

Crikey, I was #184 in the world for results yesterday. That's what comes of switching almost all my cores to FAAH, and forgetting to turn my desktop machine off at tea time. It won't last, unfortunately, since my real passion (now I've got my MCM Diamond 5) is CEP2.
