And there's another three FA@H WUs that have frozen and seemingly stopped computing (but not released the threads to start new WUs). Just suspended and re-allowed work on them, so will see what happens when the scheduler gets back around to them.

If it fails again, might have to look at removing FA@H from the work-list.

EDIT: it scheduled work on one of them almost straight away, and it's gone back to frozen state with no estimated time to finish and no progress on the completion-percentage. Those have now been aborted, and FA@H removed from my work-list.

EDIT 2: one of the MCM1 WUs just did the same, sending the box for a reboot to see if that clears everything up.

I would try aborting them...

The MCM1 one seems to have fixed itself after a reboot, it reset to last checkpoint and continued to crunch normally, but I'd already aborted the FA@H WUs from earlier.

Have just set up temperature-graphing, on top of the usual graphing I'm doing against my servers, so will see if there's any correlation there.

DSFL Project - We are planning a second phase of the project which will be focused on determining how strong the interaction is between ligand and receptor. This bond can be determined by using the Binding Energy Distribution Analysis Method (BEDAM) program or another similar program.
