Re: Good morning team

In a way, that's why points per hour elapsed (which takes no account of whether you are actually running the grid) is quite good, but that penalises people who have (for example) stopped crunching for a couple of years.

I had a period of 3 and a half years not crunching, so my overall stats will reflect that, but I promise not to get too obsessed over itcrying

Re: Good morning team

Good evening (or by now Good Morning) UK.

Nowt to report today, the sun shone, I did some shopping and made a Pizza for supper. Probably more of the same tomorrow as I conserve my energies for the 100 year WCG celebrations. BTW today was the 9th anniversary of joining WCG, doesn't seem a moment ago!

Re: Good morning team

Congratulations on your 9 year anniversary Rod. If only you'd known at the time, eh? 3 days to go for your 100 years, so it'll be either Friday or Saturday. Don't party too hard!

Re: Good morning team

Good Morning All. A lovely day in prospect - not a cloud in the sky (unless you include the £ / $ exchange rate!). Step by step - onwards and upwards! I must run Dave's calculator to see when I'll hit the 200 year mark. I expect it will be quicker than my 100 years.

Yes Dave, These stats are great. If I hadn't have had the three and a half year break (because of electricity bills) then I would have been around the 200 year mark by now...

Onward and upwards... smile

If you generously say it's 8.5 years since you joined WCG Tom, and then knock 3.5 years off, you could reasonable expect to have achieved (8.5 / 5) times as much run time if you'd kept going ... which is not exactly 200 years, but is 122 years and makes Rod Peel look a bit of a lightweight laughing
And Tom, you're predicted to overtake Mike D Green to move into 8th place in the Team run time rankings within the next week.

Re: Good morning team

Here's yours captain... it's just your username munged into the URL. Every active team member gets one:

Did you get to wear a captain's black eye patch?

Many thanks Dave. Much appreciated.

No captains eye patch on this occasion! Vision is still a little blurry but is heading in the right direction.

Trying to push for my five year badge for zika this week before the rendering resumes!
