Why did it say I had so many days of WUs to do to get a badge for a project that has basically finished? (241 days to get DSfL)
----------------------------------------I thought that I had missed something about DSfL suddenly coming back online even though my computers are waiting for WUs (currently crunching CEP2 to 3+ years as there is no new projects around) Patrick ![]() |

A little nuance, DSFL is on hiatus purely because we're waiting on more work. Let's go and speculate that them telling you needing 241 more days, that the "more work" is not 7 calendar days of task supply, but substantially more [I've come to an internal number how much that could be, all extrapolated from a percent progress that was reported some months ago by the scientists
)A "new" project launch is not very far off as other bits have fallen in place [Android in amongst as did VINA for FAAH, so is my interpretation]... Till then there's FAAH on VINA too as a good way to stop devices developing laziness where CEP2 on all cores is too much... FAHV race on my 64 bit hosts. ![]() |

pramo, in a sense, we've been expecting a new project for many-a-month now, as, after all, apart from HCC being rolled out to GPU (which, admittedly, was a massive step in itself), there hasn't been a new project here since April 2012 (CFSW - which has subsequently finished).

pramo,
For more nuance, "not very far off" is quite different to anything you like to read into meaning "close by"]. Feel free to launch the post parading when the Beta is being announced, no sooner please. |
