I think I already know the answer but I will pose the question anyway. Is there a way to only request Vina jobs for FAAH ? The reason I ask is the Vina jobs run so much better than the Autodock jobs on the Linux systems and I would like to utilize my Linux systems to their best efficiency. I am thinking there are also others who may wish to know. My supposition is this is not possible the way the project is constructed, but maybe in the future it will be possible.

Already discussed, already in the works [one of knreed's last posts]. But, the VINA can run side by side or alternating, meaning if Dr. Perryman wants an experiment to run on one or the other, they may only be one or the other. So happens now both are being piped.
