Maybe this has to do with the fact that the name for FAAH has changed, now including the hint to Autodock?

Can you confirm this: 1) You did not have FAAH added 2) You did have 'if a new project is available, add it' selected FAAH was not selected in any profile before. But 'if a new project is available, add it' was not selected either in any profile. And FAAH was selected in each profile nevertheless. So condition 2) was useless. At least for my profiles which were changed anyway... [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 18, 2013 5:36:50 PM] |

Funny how I posted about FAHV [FightAids@H on VINA] offline and during the beta and the need for those having trouble with VINA to be able to opt out of that version, but still get the AutoDock, if they wanted that. Though both FAAH [the AutoDock pipe] and FAHV [the VINA pipe], are 2 applications, they both flow into the same science. My interpretation that something went wrong there... FAHV is a new application [You may not have noticed during DDDT2, but there were 2 too... dddt2 and dddt2a, but as it was, we took anything we could put our hands on ;p]
----------------------------------------[OT]For good order, if you wish to control the number of running instances <max_concurrent> FAHV like FAAH needs to be specified in app_config.xml. Also as we're getting there [most everywhere else that is], the 7.x client reads in the app_config.xml via the same menu as the read config, which formerly only read the cc_config.xml. There is no client restart required, at least not for the max_concurrent function... not heard if the GPGPU related bits work restartless too. (In case I confused anyone, RTFF, read the friendly forums, for what app_config.xml is. Questions on that, visit, bump those existing threads [/OT] [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 18, 2013 5:54:35 PM] |

I wondered when I figured out that FAHV betas were "Beta18" (FAAH betas are/were "Beta")

Just realized this happened to me to. I did NOT have crunch other projects selected but that was checked too. No big deal as I fixed it.
