I see a big jump in returned results since July 10. Experiment 41 finished. I guess an new update is much needed to rejoice the crunchers :)

For those that don't want to push scientists into repetition of the same info... http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...386_lastpage,yes#lastpost . Has posts by techs and a new scientist for the project added [Who will surely have his linkedln added to the team FAQ page... like here https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/research/faah/researchers.do ].
Effectively, experiments 42-71 are all AD Vina, but read experiments for AutoDock are too in preparation [for those having trouble with VINA this is good news]. For now, 182 million blocks to process are in the pipe from Scripps, or however many these 182 million translate into tasks [the uplinger slicer]. (And when I see InhibOx mentioned [the commercialization spin-off from Oxford IIRC], the ol UD twitch flares up  ) |
