It seems now that only one project is runing : FAAH. CEP2 in't delivering any new Wu since today.
When FAAH is over, I'll go in holidays.... or what ? |

I've been receiving the few CEP2 WUs that I've requested, one at a time per machine, but most of what I'm getting are of course FAAH.
----------------------------------------I do have a question for the WCG Admins: With FAAH taking the brunt of most of the hits on the server, are you going to be able to continue to supply work for everyone?  |

I´m still receiving some CEP WUs. Maybe the supply of FAAH is much bigger, but CEP is not dead yet.
PS: Legranpiou, where is this "Rua da Saudade"? For non-portuguese speakers, "saudade" is a hard word to translate, but it is what you feel when you miss someone. ;) |

Saudade is a feeling close to the "blues", a mix of sadness, nostalgia, feeling the life is useless even when beautiful...
I guess "rua da sauddae" is somwhere in Lisbon"... |

There are plenty of work in FAAH and CEP. CEP is not even close to dead - lots of work left to do - and CEP is set up so you have only one task on your system at a time by default. You can override it - see CEP forum for further details.

No problem on CEP2 and FA@H.
----------------------------------------If you are restrictive with the number of CEP2 WUs which can be processed simultaneously, you have to be aware that WCG send a new WU as soon as the previous one is uploaded. Since the upload of CEP2 WUs can take time (average 40 MB at 50 to 90 kB/s), in the meantime the cores can be less busy. For avoiding this situation, you should allow more CEP2 WUs than the number of available cores; e.g. 5 CEP2 WUs for 4 cores. Yves |

CEP2 is set on "unlimited", but still I've had about 50 FAAH before getting some CEP2. Let's wait and see.
Waiting anyway for SN2S and DFSL to get back to work, but I gues scientists do their best. Anyway, if things continue this way, I'lltake half of of my work capacity for other projects to be sure to get work to crunch. |
