Technical Spec.: Dimension: L116 x W96 x H75 (mm) Fin only, without fan L116 x W96 x H96 (mm) Fin only, with 25mm thick fan Weight: 690g (heat sink only) Recommended Fan Maker: Panaflo (Panasonic) Model: FBL09A12M Size: 92 x 92 x 25 (mm) Bearing: Hydro Wave Voltage: 12V Speed: 2450 rpm Air Flow: 48 CFM Noise Level: 30.0 dBA Weight: 110g (3.88 oz) Very sexy - just watch with one small tech spec - when you add up the weights of the different components, you are over the recommended max for the holder type - usually around 450g This may cause strain on your mb (microscopic cracks) or lead to uneven seating and heat disipation from the CPU...... Details should be in your mobo manual - or go to their website to check out the details. The danger of course is that, it works when you stick it in, but then two things can happen: 1. material fatigue caused by the excess weight leads to breaking up of conections / or track in mobo 2. if you accidently hit/kick or drop the unit then you crack the board beacuse of the excess weight on the processor socket that the it is unable to dicipate safely/ ... just a friendly word of caution..... |

comp,
I am not objective - as I am an Arctic Cooling fan. Have a look at this: as see if you can find one. I use one (only 30gms overweight ;o)) Is quiet, very effective in heat dicipation and ... kinda of sexy - LOL |
