The webcast was excellent

I can't seem to find a link to it in this thread, so just in case anyone missed it, here's the webcast wrapping up the hcc project.

http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/viewNewsArticle.do?articleId=301

I know it was a few days ago now, but I have only just found time to watch it - and it was really very good. Completely explained what the project has been doing with our CPU (and GPU) time, and what they will be doing with all the resulting data. Well worth a watch.

I'm really sad that there are no cancer-specific projects for me to crunch at WCG now, but I'll keep an eye out for the upcoming project that has been mentioned.

Indeed it was a good cast of information. The front page, where I never go, unless searching it out, actually has had the highlight on it since the replay was put on-line: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/

Re: The webcast was excellent

I agree totally. I have seen every WCG webcast and they keep getting more informative. This also includes updates on project web pages where the information has gradually become more accurate and more frequent. I hope this trend continues. coffee
