Re: Temporary slow down for Say No to Schistosoma

Oh nuts !!! I'm just about to go after SN2S as soon as I get emerald for FAAH. I have increased my queue and switched over to SN2S just to see want happens:

9/13/2013 7:38:35 AM World Community Grid Message from server: No tasks are available for the applications you have selected.

Hopefully it will be something temporary biggrin

Re: Temporary slow down for Say No to Schistosoma

We have reached the end of the current supply of SN2S workunits and only re-send work units are available at this time. There are additional work units in the works, but they are still early in the testing process so no ETA can be given yet for when they will be available.

Thanks for confirming that Seippel. Hopefully, the new WU's won't be long before they're ready and flowing again.

in the meantime, looks as though we're back to 1 1/2 projects.

Re: Temporary slow down for Say No to Schistosoma

Not having anything urgent to do on a lazy Sunday morning, I tried to figure out aprox how big the latest run of SN2S was. From Aug 2 to Sep 15 (half day), there have been 18.86M results returned. I figure there are still aprox 100K-150K WUs running around in the wild, so I would guess that that this run of SN2S was aprox 19M WUs big. So now that I have that figure... huh... what's next? hhhmmm... I guess get another cup of coffee. biggrin
Have a nice Sunday.
