There's a boinc_project, but no boinc_master. Does that mean that I should just do
----------------------------------------dseditgroup -o edit -u jdl -p -a (the name of the nonadministrative user) -t user boinc_project instead of dseditgroup -o edit -u jdl -p -a (the name of the nonadministrative user) -t user boinc_master? Hi jonathandl,
----------------------------------------Did you see the alternate GUI method at the bottom of BSD's link? Use workgroup manager from server admin tools to connect to localhost. Here's the link again in case you missed it. server admin tools Hope you get it sorted. Cheers ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It looks like I successfully added myself to the boinc_project group,
$ id -p uid (the name of the nonadministrative user) groups staff boinc_project localaccounts everyone com.apple.sharepoint.group.1 but the boinc_master group does not exist. $ dscl . list /Groups | grep boinc boinc_project |
