Given the fact that WCG tends to focus on disease cures and basic research, it doesn't seem like the type of project that would be typical, at least in terms of the first category.

Hep B tends resolve without treatment plus there is a vaccine

As to the latter category, I'm not aware of it being an especially interesting virus but IDK. Was there a particular line of inquiry that you're involved in or had in mind? If you're a researcher you're certainly welcome to submit a proposal.
