The release of the new version of AutoDock occurred at the same time as the release of new work units. These new work units have a search space that is 3 times larger than the previous work units. Overall, we've seen about a 20% increase in runtime required which is very good considering the increased search space of the new work units.

That is excellent to know and understand. Just switched my Linux profile to add FAAH for a few dozen and then boot the device to W7-64 for some hardware locked 1:1 comparisons.

Stephan, What operating system and version are you runnint? Thanks, armstrdj I'm running plain Debian Linux, the current version is 6.0.7. It's an AMD Geode based system, i586 class with cmov instruction. Right now one of my alix boxes got another faah workunit. Let's see it this will run into the same error. Sorry for the delay, I've been traveling. -- Stephan PS: cat /proc/cpuinfo processor : 0 vendor_id : AuthenticAMD cpu family : 5 model : 10 model name : Geode(TM) Integrated Processor by AMD PCS stepping : 2 cpu MHz : 498.070 cache size : 128 KB fdiv_bug : no hlt_bug : no f00f_bug : no coma_bug : no fpu : yes fpu_exception : yes cpuid level : 1 wp : yes flags : fpu de pse tsc msr cx8 sep pge cmov clflush mmx mmxext 3dnowext 3dnow bogomips : 996.14 clflush size : 32 cache_alignment : 32 address sizes : 32 bits physical, 32 bits virtual power management: ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by sgoll at Mar 1, 2013 2:00:19 PM] |

Rob,
We will look into adding some more information to the front of the log as I think this is a valid point. Thanks, armstrdj |

I suspect the new 715 application requires a specific CPU instruction missing from your Geode processor. I'd consider moving it to HCC which is the least intensive of all the projects. I have a P4 2.8 machine dedicated to HCC for that exact reason. It completes HCC units in 4 hours and heats my upstairs also.
