Since the latest down time I have been unable to get new tasks. Event log shows "scheduler event completed" when I hit update. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling also. I originally though waiting it out would work, but it's been 48hours since my wu's were last uploaded and now I've been idle since.

One thing that might work:
----------------------------------------1. go to your Device Manager http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewDevices.do and update all you profiles (open them and just click "Save"). 2. post here if it worked Cheers   Crunching@Home since January 13 2000. Things have settled down now since the last outage and no machine should be having problems sending or receiving work units.
----------------------------------------Just to clarify, does your message mean that you have no units to upload, or do you also have units waiting to be sent? Like the previous replies have indicated, posting your most recent log will help pinpoint where the problem might lie ;)  Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |

Are you running any other CPU hungry apps at the same time such as Folding at Home? It looks like you cut your log off before any response from the WCG server was made to attempt work. Could you re-post after doing a clean restart but also hit the update button so we see what the servers are doing?

P.S. Uninstalling does not remove the control/config files, so when you reinstall, the same control files remain in effect. If you want to start quasi clean, delete all content from your C:\ProgramData\BOINC dir and it's subs.
