UPDATE: I have one machine that has an XFX and a Sapphire GPU. The XFX is dedicated to feeding my monitors and is disbled from GPU crunching but is the Primary device whilst the secondary (or disabled as CCC refers to it) does GPU crunching.
----------------------------------------As an experiment, I used the Sapphire drivers instead of the XFX and even though I had presumed that both files were the same, I ended up without the Performance tab. This tab was there before (when I had used the XFX version), so as a further test, I will try the AMD version and see if that will make the Performance tab reappear. I appreciate that many don't ever install CCC and do their tweaking with an external program, but thought it was still worth mentioning ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |

2nd UPDATE:Installing the AMD version has included the Performance tab and GPU crunching appears to be working without any problem and faster than the beta version from last year.
----------------------------------------I'm going to stick with the AMD installation and will keep an eye on it. From what I have observed from my updates on my various machines, I'd say that if you have a Sapphire and another GPU in the same machine, don't use the Sapphire installation unless you aren't fussy about losing the Performance tab (for overclocking). ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |

Thanks coolstream for updates
----------------------------------------![]() So far I am using generic AMD drivers only, because the latest driver ASUS offers is AMD WHQL Driver V9.00 of October 17th 2012 (don't know what is the equivalent in AMD Catalyst Display Drivers)... ![]() Crunching@Home since January 13 2000.
