Hiya JC Is your firewall maybe blocking the download? Hello, vaio!  No, it is not. I am very adept with Zone Alarm Pro settings. I have had no problems at the Grid or at FAD. Graham, yes, I had already seen that thread.  |

This is my first attempt at getting a work unit here. "Agent paused" ... And yes, I did a search here about the problem, yet am having no luck as of yet. Good items from both Vaio and Graham. Another place to look for advice is from the Help button above. This will take you to the help on Agent Paused. If you are still having trouble with it after going over these recommendations, post back here. As you can see, there are lots of us wanting to help around here. Best Regards, |

Odd. I'm really good at determining any software/hardware issues. I am running XP Pro -SP2 (all current). No problems with DEP.
----------------------------------------When the device tries to dl a work unit, it will dl about 99% of it and then go into pause. Even (ugh!) unloaded my Zone Alarm Pro (newest version). |

Hmmmm I don't know.
You probably know this stuff better than me. No issues here via Zonealarm free version and NAV. Keep us posted....solution is out there somewhere |

Are you using Udmon by chance ??? Also do you still have a Ud folder on your computer from United Devices ????
