Result status suggestions
You need to separate in 2 columns: the single column: 'Time Due/Return Time', because in the case of error you don't know if the error was because it was sent or because it was some other error.

ALso would be great that you specify if the times there are UTC/GMT; IMO all time/date should be UTC/GMT for universal reference for everybody.

Generally when there is an error, you should be able to click on the link about the error to find out the specifics of the error. At this point we have not plans to split the columns out.
