I'm getting tons of Temporarily Failed Download messages in my client, across a couple different WCG projects. It's been going on for several days now, at least. Is there a server problem that's not been announced?

No problems here. Even though it says "Internet access OK," check your internet connections and if you are still having the problem, try suspending internet activity and the re-enabling it. If the problem persists, try doing a restart or a complete shutdown and then restart. Hope this helps.

You may have to detach and reattach to WCG to clear this problem.

I tried all those before coming here for help. I disconnected from the project and reconnected. Pulled the config out and started clean, disabled and re-enabled network access. I'll check the thread mentioned above next.

Problem solved. I'm running Arch Linux, and encountered a known openssl bug. See the following thread for fixes.
