----------------------------------------I was hoping to complete this HFCC-WU tonight but it seems the workunit has restarted from the beginning after my Win-XP-system crashed and I switched the computer on.  The stderr.txt-file currently shows (italic writing added by me):Failed to get VersionInfo size: 1812 INFO:[18:41:28] Start AutoGrid... For my part I can tell, that I didn't observe an Autodock-WU restarting after an unusual system shutdown, yet. They either crashed or restarted from last checkpoint. Strangely (?), in my case both the CPU-time and the wall clock weren't reset and are counting onwards. The calculated energies have exactly the same values in both tries.  I guess, it is the best to finish the WU and to wait for the validator.  My OS: Win-XP SP3 My BOINC: 7.0.28 Greetings Carsten  |
