These have been in PV since the 12th.

Nothing related to being your own occasional of-chance wingman. The "Try Validation" [See Start Here FAQs] was created exactly because ... occasionally the scheduler flag is not set to send them up to the validator queue [reason unknown, but it's curious this passed from server v 601 to v 700]. Long story short, eventually they will be forced, first time around when the scheduler checks if a "No Reply" copy needs sending, and concludes that it is not required.

It may be a good time to run the "IF PVs>=2 THEN Try Validation" script. (If there is such a thing.) |

In both examples, mine were the only 2. There were no retries or errors. |

Rob: Even after reading the FAQ, I'm a little foggy on the process.

Part of my first reply said "... eventually they will be forced, first time around when the scheduler checks if a "No Reply" copy needs sending, and concludes that it is not required." Yes, when the 7 days have passed, there's a check.
If there were a server status page, you could have seen the validator was off "at the time" when that happened, then when you hit Try Validation with them on, the were swiftly processed. |
