Thanks for the replies! I will try to do a detach later and reattach and see if it fixes the issue. Will report any progress.
----------------------------------------EDIT: Detach/Attach seem to have solved it. I generally try to solve such issues without such measures (since I like to finish the work I started :) ) but in this case it was probably the best solution. Still, a funny error message and behaviour from BOINC I think.
