I am having some problems for the last two days downloading new tasks. I get the error message: Temporarily failed download of xxxxxx.gzb:http error ........ Access to reference site succeeded - project servers may be temporarily down.
Can anyone provide some help? Would appreciate it, Thanks |

Would appreciate it, Thanks Yes there is help, is it a secret what you are trying to download? If is a HCMD-2 task, go to transfers (not sure on your version) and abort. Some more (aka any) information would help. the starting part of your log, from start up to error, after a reboot will tell most. |

please abort them and list log and task names here. we have no telepathy skills to guess what xxxxx is that.

Thanks for the help. Aborting the file cured the problem. Also thanks for the advice. Next time I'll provide more data.
