Re: Game changer multicore supercomputer. Any plans to support it?

I know Raspberry pi is far from a super computer, but I remain skeptical on Parallela based on how there is next to no support for raspberry pi's other than those projects that require basic reporting in tasks. ( Quake Catchers Network, and Radioactive @ Home).

Yes I get this has in theory a lot more computing power than that, but I remain unconvinced until I see projects actually claiming that they are being supported, and then I will have no problem jumping in, especially at the prices listed on these items. But until I see that they are supported by many different projects, forgive me if I remain skeptical.

I'm happy to announce that the people at Adapteva have just opened a forum, and by suggestion of the users, there's already a BOINC subforum.

http://forums.parallella.org/index.php

I'm really looking forward to see this platform supported, specially since it will support OpenCL.

Yes, I'm also waiting for mine, I want to start using this little minicomputer. I guess I should start searching for a 5 volts powersource and a HDMI cable.
