We thank World Community Grid members who have so generously contributed to the Computing for Clean Water project. We need some time to process and analyze the most recent results and plan to write a paper on them. At that time we will also determine if we should run other configurations of nanotubes to further clarify and/or augment our findings. We ask your patience while the project is paused for a couple of months in order to work on these results.

I look forward to the paper, and, more importantly, a successful development of cost-effective water treatment plants. crunching, crunching, crunching. Yes, thanks for keeping us all informed - we like updates such as this very much. Also, if you do need any further configurations checking, then you know where we are

Does this mean that no more WUs are being sent out?

Does this mean that no more WUs are being sent out? For C4CW, yes (although, just at the moment, due to a major system error, no WU's are being sent out - but that's a different matter).Getting back to C4CW though, the project has been temporarily put in "Intermittent" status, whilst the scientists review the current results/work out whether they'd like us to crunch more. |
