----------------------------------------Change to 1.00 CPU + 1.00 GPU: Each update request for GPU tasks is now downloading CPU tasks. Cache is getting bigger and bigger. edit: I mean like this, this is happening every few seconds: 12/07/2012 21:30:06 World Community Grid Requesting new tasks for CPU and GPU 12/07/2012 21:30:13 World Community Grid Scheduler request completed: got 1 new tasks 12/07/2012 21:30:15 World Community Grid Started download of cfsw_7045_07045957_B07045957.sql 12/07/2012 21:30:17 World Community Grid Finished download of cfsw_7045_07045957_B07045957.sql Cache is set to 0.15 days, in fact it's now 2 days already. I think this is an issue here. [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 12, 2012 7:33:48 PM] |

Not trying to remember any member's past mention of client version. Which? (Just in case it's a client bug and not the grand dealings of WCG). Did you try with the new "send CPU tasks" - No on the web profile? (for testing more bugs)

Same hare with 6.10.60 (32 and 64 ver). Also GPU tasks are suspending CPU tasks in order to run on 3 different systems.
----------------------------------------edit: Sorry just read about the 1 CPU for 1 GPU setup in Knreeds post. Edit2: In order to stop d/l CPU tasks I switched to only request DDT2 WU's (now just getting GPU WU's). [Edit 3 times, last edit by PecosRiverM at Jul 12, 2012 8:20:33 PM] |

The following error occurred after "Exit BOINC" and powering down the PC waiting 75 seconds and then powering it back ON:

Forgot to mention this client is running BoincTasks 1.32 alongside Boinc Manager. So i tried exiting BoincTasks. Might be coincidence, but 3 GPU Betas errored out right after that. It had been restarted a suspended GPU Beta a minute before that. Another update request for GPU only (profile has CPUs allowed) now really downloaded only GPU tasks. Maybe this is a BoincTasks-related thing.
Anyways, this is the error log: Result Name: BETA_ X0000038190761200409181621_ 1-- <core_client_version>6.10.60</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> - exit code 293 (0x125) </message> <stderr_txt> Commandline: projects/www.worldcommunitygrid.org/wcg_beta3_img_6.47_windows_intelx86__ati14_hcc1 X0000038190761200409181621.jp2 INFO: gpu_type not found in init_data.xml. Any reason why my ATI 5670 (1GB) card is not receiving this new batch? There is one thread free out of 24 total available. My ATI 6950 is chewing through these with no problem but has 3 threads out of 24 free.
