No problems running under Linux with BOINC 7.0.24 and 7.0.27 on two different machines.

No problems , ran 8 wus on amd fx cpu both with linux mint 64 bit and win7 64 bit, also other 8 on a notebook samsung with i7 and mint 64 bit...... and got a gold badge too :)))))

Sorry for the late reply, just back from vacation and saw these Beta's had run.
----------------------------------------I had three on a Mac. Looking at the logs all appear to have exited almost immediately with error just like the other Mac reports. @ techs, this inquiry going for all 3 VINA releases of 64 bit to production. Keep it SS, the easiest of just looking in Tasks Manager as done for CFSW to see 6.11 [32 bits] and 6.12 [64 bits] out the window to see what's running, for these both compiles with same version on same platform. At times the be-puzzlement is grand at WCG.

We have determined what the issue was with Mac and will probably release a beta test for 64 bit mac only tomorrow. Need to test it in alpha first before we move it to more machines :)

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking for? We have made the new version of vina that were 64 bit the same as the previous 32 bit. Since the 32 bit versions did not change. This will help older boinc clients from redownloading the 32 bit version of the app for every work unit. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Due to a Mac Only 64 Bit test, these work units waiting to be sent will be sent out tomorrow. I disabled all other platforms while the work units for 64 bit mac go out.
