Orlando... Saludos... intentare traducir:

Translating Orlando's note above:

Hello Good morning.
I would like to comment about my case...
I have 6 computers since I have a Cyber coffee shop
I have finished installing Boinc so it will work with World Community Grid
The only thing is that I have Deep Freeze Standard 7 installed on all of them
I've noticed that when I reboot the PC, and Deep Freeze Standard 7 is active, I think the results are getting lost
If anybody could please explain a way to leave Deep Freeze standard 7 active and not loose the PC's progress

Thanks

Orlando...

1) Configurar el cache (Work Buffer) a 0.01 días,

Boinc Manager (advanced vista), preferencias, disco y memoria ...

Try "Leave Applications In Memory While Suspended"
Boinc 7.0.25:
Boinc Manager (Advanced view), Preferences, Disk and Memory Usage...

Et al,

Plz do *not* get into the 7.x.xx version recommendation seat at WCG, lest you're completely up to speed and actively involved with alpha reports and testing cycle and know what you're setting any help seeking volunteer up for at WCG. There's "MAJOR" scheduling and preference issue with 7.0.24 (whoever decided to put that into Ubuntu 12.04) /.25/.26 to include hosts that do not listen to running per activity menu settings AND backing off from work fetching for longer than 24 hours, even when there is no buffered work. If you don't experience these problems it does not mean others, particular the less experienced and non micro managing wont.

The standing recommended and endorsed version of BOINC is 6.10.58. That IS the reliable version for non hands on members, as rated by WCG.

thx
