Ever since the recent upgrade(s), I noticed that requesting the status for a specific project (like PV for CFSW) is taking at least a couple of minutes now, while requesting for example per status is just taking a couple of seconds.
Anything that hasn't been switched on properly since? Ralf |

Not here (but with member ID 95311, maybe I'm getting premium service). Fact is, that browsing in Firefox (if that's what you're using) can be tediously slow when it's loaded up with all sorts of security enhancing extensions). Signing out from WCG freezes my browser for 30 seconds, but only under W7, not Linux, suspecting one or the other add-in causing this as when starting FF in save-mode, (without add-ons), makes the WCG experience fly again allround. BUT, RS filtering is fast here in the outback, practically instant, with or without the extensions loaded. Just testing it by opening the RS, set PV filter and CFSW and enter gave instant refresh.

Yes, I am using mostly Firefox, but it is not "loaded up with security enhancing extensions".
The same happens with either the latest Opera or SeaMonkey or Safari (sorry, can't be arsed to use IE or Chrome). And it is not a general slowness with WCG, but with a more specific function as I thought I clearly wrote. And reproducible... Doing a filter for pending validation or valid WUs for "all" projects is just quick and fine. So is getting all WUs for a specific project. It's just when selecting to get the specific status for a specific project, there is a significant delay getting the result back, up to two minutes instead of a second of two. Ralf |

From what I remember there could be a key index file that may need refreshing. Any specific science? My previous test, when I wrote in, was CFSW, SN2S and GFAM.
What happens if you hit the "Time returned" header? Is that as slow? --//-- |

I am currently running CSFW, C4CW and CEP2, so that is what I have checked recently...What happens if you hit the "Time returned" header? Is that as slow? Of course, now it is almost instantaneously on every selection.Let's hope it's one of those cases where you just need to write the complaint to have it magically fix itself. Will check when I get back tonight again, now I am off to work, a long Friday ahead of me... Ralf |

Well, still the same basic issue, getting the status for "all" projects is fine, a selected status for a specific project comes back with a significant delay...
