We apologize for the issue, and unfortunately, there was a transition case for results sent before the update and returned after the update that we didn't see in our testing. We have since fixed this, but the work done on some results such as the ones you are pointing out were lost.

What about days of work siiting under "Inconclusive" results. I have days of work sitting there??
