How come SN2S badge is not currently the last badge in order, but GFAM is, even though SN2S started after GFAM.

To paraphrase some earlier discussion, it was a technical oversight that will be corrected in due course.

It's because the SN2S project was to be launched before GFAM, so it's ID is 113, where GFAM is 114. Knreed was going to add an index key for launch date as secondary sort to the primary of active/intermittent/complete. That will put this science in a chrono-logical order. Right now he's too busy with that big upgrade to the BOINC server code for next week the 6th.
